The Master's Lodge at St John's College runs an application process for prestigious academic fellowships every year.

The management of this process was fast becoming harder and harder to administrate, with applications, multiple references, assessments from different departments etc. flying back and forth with an average of over one thousand people involved every year.

The Master's Lodge approached us to help get this back under control. What we proposed was a completely online based and automated application process

Now the whole process is managed by just one person, and Applicants, Referees and Assessors can all access the system, and add and review the information through the various stages of the application. They can also set up a new application process every year, and produce meaningful statistics from the data stored by our system
