Redmayne Arnold & Harris wanted a new website that would show an up to the minute listing of all the properties on their books, targeted at their market of young professionals living in Cambridge.

We built a custom designed admin system for the website that allowed staff to either synchronize their internal lettings management software with the website, or to enter details of properties through an online interface.

One of the most interesting features of this website is the e-commerce solution that we implemented to allow people to pay a deposit to reserve a property until they get a chance to view it. In the fast moving realm of Cambridge Lettings, this has proven a very useful feature to those people who see a property online and want to make sure that no one gets to it before they have the chance.
